Order Cancellation Fees
Orders that are cancelled by the customer are subject to the following fees upon cancellation:
1.) If your item is a Stock Item and requires no personalization, there is a 10% Cancellation Fee which will be deducted from your return.
2.) If your order is for a Custom Designed Product, there is a 25% Cancellation Fee which will be deducted from your return.
